In addition, we comply with the strict regulations for cleaning processes in production and cleanrooms. Our equipment is designed and manufactured with high standards that allow us to certify a cleaning and sanitisation that meets all the requirements of every high cleaning requirement sector. In addition, we comply with the most demanding standards in terms of quality, documentation, qualification and validation. We carry out IQ, OQ, PQ, MQ qualifications. We also comply and adapt to all standards in terms of traceability and safety, including FDA 21CFR part 11 among others.
Within our line of multi-stage machines, we developed the BR-AMS line, automatic machines that we custom design for each sector and application. The definitive solution for cleaning and sanitizing instruments, components and parts. The BR-AMS machines have a robot arm that is responsible for transporting the tools through the different tanks. The automation of the process allows for homogeneous cycles with the same duration and allows traceability with data entry. Other advantages involve savings in personnel time and a reduction in production losses.
We install BRIO ultrasonic cleaning and sanitising, rinsing, drying and pre-treatment stages depending on the application. The ultrasonic immersion stages are equipped with our exclusive ultrasonic technology (monofrequency, bifrequency and trifrequency) that allows total sanitisation with maximum speed, accessing all the difficult points of the geometry of the parts, without altering their shape and without altering their materials. In terms of drying, we have developed serveral options including vacuum drying, the most accurate.
BR-AMS machines can be customized according to the needs of each customer, varying the capacity of the tanks, number and type of stages, etc. We also design customized workpiece-holding fixtures according to the type of part to be sanitized. In this sense, we can include rotation, raising and lowering systems and others, independently or together. We have optimal configurations for first cleaning, intermediate cleaning and final cleaning in all types of materials, sizes, geometries and types of dirt. The operation and control is carried out from the touch panel in a simple and intuitive way, being able to program and automate cycles and functions.
In order to achieve maximum cleanliness and a safe and homogeneous process, BRIO has optimization processes for the stainless steel tanks. These include electropolishing treatments and rounded edges that reduce the possibility of particle accumulation to a minimum.

In addition, we have developed multi-frequency technology that allows us to optimise the number of baths and achieve maximum cleaning precision and unbeatable finishes. BRIO Ultrasonics’ exclusive multi-frequency technology allows us to adapt to each application to achieve the best results in each case.
We can install up to three frequencies in the same ultrasonic emitter to achieve precise and thorough cleaning, meeting the most demanding requirements. Each tank can have several multi-frequency emitters, allowing the effect of different frequencies to be combined in the same bath. This combination is highly recommended for certain applications in which the cleaning effect is maximised.
