Multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning machines. Combining several processes into a single multi-stage system, designed and manufactured to your specifications. We manufacture manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic (Automatic Multi-Stage – AMS) machines with complete programming of all functions.
We carry out turnkey projects that can include all types of stages. These may include our exclusive BRIO ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing, protective baths, drying (including vacuum drying), and others as required. Furthermore, we have equipment, systems, and functions that ensure process repeatability, traceability of parts and batches, and compliance with the most stringent regulations. Water treatment plants, filtration systems, bath saturation control, and much more are also available.
After years of R&D, we have developed multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning solutions specifically for industries that require high-performance, high-precision cleaning machines. These include the aerospace, implantology, contact lens, automotive, food, injection molding, and machining industries. Furthermore, our new multi-frequency technology has allowed us to achieve a new level of precision and cleaning finish.
BRIO Ultrasonics’ new multi-frequency technology has been developed to cover all demanding applications requiring maximum precision and perfect cleaning results. This technology is designed for manufacturers in the automotive, aerospace, contact lens, medical and pharmaceutical (prosthesis, implantology, etc.) sectors, and for all types of precision mechanical components, as well as other applications.
Within our new range of multi-frequency ultrasonics we have developed bi-frequency configurations of 28 – 40 kHz, 40 kHz – 80 kHz and tri-frequency of 80 – 100 – 120 kHz. Depending on the characteristics of the parts and the application, each configuration achieves maximum cleaning precision with surface finishes that are almost impossible to achieve with existing technologies.

Loading and unloading systems
BRIO Ultrasonics multi-stage machines include customised loading baskets and tools. We develop rotating (rotary drums) and/or bulk loading systems. The loading and unloading areas of the machine have the possibility of buffered belt feeding and can be integrated with the upstream and downstream process.
