BRIO emitters are made up of high-power piezoelectric transducers. They are the result of 30 years of research in which we have developed an optimized design and a unique manufacturing process. Our exclusive technology provides multiple advances that provide great savings and superior cleaning finishes in a reduced time.

BETTER CLEANING WITH MINIMUM CONSUMPTION

Our unique transmitter manufacturing process guarantees that the ultrasonic energy dissipated by the transmitter is 100% transmitted to the bath, maximizing its performance and cleaning effect. To do this, we attach the transducers to the transmitter using an elastic sheet of special resins through an exclusive hot-bonding process.

BRIO emitters are standardized, with dimensions adapted to each model for optimal transmission of ultrasonic energy. Depending on the application, we position the emitters at strategic points to achieve the greatest possible homogeneity.

MORE RESISTANT ULTRASONIC EMITTERS

Our BRIO ultrasonic emitters have superior mechanical strength under ultrasonic working conditions (65 – 90 ºC). Our unique hot bonding process provides a significant increase in mechanical strength compared to traditional cold resin bonding systems. Thanks to the increased mechanical strength, we achieve a longer service life of the ultrasonic emitter with a minimization of machine downtime.

Our hot-melt system has an average of 3300 N/cm² more mechanical strength at the working temperature of ultrasound. Our transmitters are therefore more robust against the mechanical wear caused by ultrasonic transmission.

The constant vibration to which ultrasonic emitters are subjected affects the mechanical resistance of the fixing over time. After 2000 hours of work, our system maintains a much higher durability with minimal deterioration and 12 times more mechanical resistance. When other emitters fail due to wear, ours continue to work as if they were the first day.

MODULAR SYSTEM OF ULTRASONIC EMITTERS

At BRIO we have developed a modular system in which we assemble standardised emitters with dimensions and distribution that vary depending on the equipment. The modular distribution provides us with the best possible performance, and in the event of an incident, the machine continues to work without stopping production.
