This year we are introducing our new multi-frequency technology within our exclusive range of high-power ultrasonic cleaning.
This new technology has been developed to cover all high-demand applications that require maximum precision and perfect cleaning finishes. For manufacturers in the automotive, aeronautical, contact lens, medical and pharmaceutical technology sectors (manufacturers of prostheses, implantology, etc.) and all types of precision mechanical components, as well as other applications.
Within our new range of multi-frequency ultrasounds we have developed bi-frequency configurations of 28 – 40 kHz, 40 kHz – 80kHz and tri-frequency of 80 – 100 – 120 kHz. Depending on the characteristics of the parts and the application, each configuration achieves maximum precision in cleaning with surface finishes that are almost impossible to achieve with existing technologies.
